EdenMD is now UMAP

As of January 10th, 2024, EdenMD is part of the Utah Mortality Application Portal (UMAP).

UMAP has the streamlined process of EdenMD with an improved user experience. Please add https://umap.health.utah.gov to your browser's bookmarks.

After updating your bookmark, login to UMAP to certify death records. Your login credentials are the same you currently use for EdenMD.
